The Asia Foundation ABC+ Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines Project partners received fundamental advocacy and communication training from Gugma PR. Supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), advocacy partners from various locations organized their campaigns, identified their target audiences, and practiced producing engaging social media content.
